Suitable for:
CRH Front-line Leaders. This is defined as an operational employee who directly supervises employees and/or contractors within their team.
Aim:
To develop high quality frontline leadership capabilities consistent right across CRH Group.
Duration:
6 modules over 8 months.
The programme has been developed with global input and collaboration from across our business and we are thrilled to now offer this one-CRH global FLP.
Frontline leaders are critical for our business and are key to influencing how work gets done, make sure that our people stay safe and deliver on results. The program equips frontline leaders with high quality leadership skills that help them address the key challenges they face in their role. This one-CRH programme will enable a common and consistent leadership language for our frontline across the business.
In 2022, we will be starting 26 cohorts around the UK which will support the development of approximately 300 of Tarmac's frontline leaders.
