Duration:

12 months work based learning programme including 2 training session days per month.

This award winning programme is designed to increase the health & safety awareness, knowledge, skills and behaviours and to provide structure to your personal development, training and assessment.

Asphalt manufacturing Mobile plant
Block manufacturing Packed products
Concrete manufacturing Precast and prestressed
Locomotive activities

There  are  three  learning  methodologies  on  this  programme

Formalised training sessions

Focused, engaging and thought provoking training sessions that are delivered twice every month throughout the duration of the programme.

E-learning & application of learning

Completion of staged e-learning modules alongside a range of regular repetition questions will help retain the learning.

On the job learning

This is where the new operator learns how to do the job in the workplace. supported by training guides and the Operator Coach, ensuring this development is delivered in a structured and consistent manner.
