Success stories
"The Core Skills Development Programme was an invaluable experience for me. It helped me to better understand and utilise my strengths but also explored areas I could develop to improve my performance. I found it to be an interactive learning experience and this really kept me engaged throughout, making the Programme even more enjoyable.
Although I have now completed the Core Skills Development Programme, much of what I learnt is now being put in to practice every day in my current role and will be going forward in my career with Tarmac."
