What is Hybrid Working
Hybrid working is a form of flexible working where individuals spend some of their time working remotely (usually, but not necessarily, from home) and some in the employer's workspace.
What is our approach?
Like many organisations, Tarmac is exploring what the future of work looks like post-Covid. We know from our Hive survey last year that people would like a blend of time in the office and time working from home, and we are committed to enabling that blend where appropriate.
Our CRH Global Leadership Team has also discussed the subject and has agreed the following principles for operating companies to use and develop local plans:
- CRH supports hybrid working, recognising that work practices may vary for different functions and at different times.
- We will comply with all applicable laws and follow government guidelines.
