The aim of the Commercial Academy is to create a commercial team that is accredited and recognized as a leader across all industry sectors. The Academy will enable people to take ownership of their own development, and empower Managers to have effective coaching conversations.
Each programme is designed to provide specific knowledge and skills and drive key behaviours that will help deliver a positive impact on sales performance.
Delegates enrolled onto the Commercial Academy are able to enrol onto our Mentoring programme as mentors or mentees!

Application Process

Contact the Learning & Development Team or the CRH ComEx Team to express your interest and start the process.

Complete the evaluation process through Tarmac PDP and/or CRH evaluation form (delegate + Line Manager). The L&D + CRH ComEx Teams will guide you through this process.

The L&D and ComEx Teams will analyse the evaluation results and recommend the most suitable learning pathway.
