All Front-line Leaders. This is defined as any employee who directly supervises employees and/or contractors within their team.

Aim:

To develop high quality frontline leadership capabilities consistent right across CRH Group.

Duration:

6 modules over 8 months.

Front-line Leadership Programme (FLP)

The programme has been developed with global input and collaboration from across our business and we are thrilled to now offer this one-CRH global FLP.

Frontline leaders are critical for our business and are key to influencing how work gets done, make sure that our people stay safe and deliver on results. The program equips frontline leaders with high quality leadership skills that help them address the key challenges they face in their role. This one-CRH programme will enable a common and consistent leadership language for our frontline across the business.

In 2022, we will be starting 26 cohorts around the UK which will support the development of approximately 300 of Tarmac's frontline leaders.

Frequently asked questions

Line Manager support is crucial to the success of the FLP and you will be invited to 2 mandatory workshops:

Manager of Manager 1 (MoM1) which is a 4 hour virtual session outlining expectations, your role and the first three modules.
Manager of Manager 2 (MoM2) which is a 6 hour face to face session outlining the final three modules and reflecting on how you're supporting your direct report to embed the learning in their role.

Your commitment to release your direct report to attend and protecting the dates planned in will be hugely appreciated.

We are incredibly proud to be delivering this programme with internal colleagues, and training people from around the business to support us in this is a critical part of our long-term planning. If you're interested in becoming a facilitator, please look at the facilitator information and reach out to your line manager and HR manager. If you're due to attend this programme, we would support you in becoming a facilitator post-completion.
