Development Pathways

Data. In this pathway, you’ll build up your data skills, even if you’re not a data specialist. You’ll learn to analyse data trends, use tools like Excel and Power BI to streamline your work, and make data-driven decisions. It’s all about democratising data and creating a self-serve data culture. The goal? Freeing up time for our data experts to dive into more complex analysis while you boost your team’s efficiency.

Technology. If you’ve ever wanted to deepen your technical skills, this pathway is for you. We’ll help you enhance your data and programming abilities. You’ll also get insights into our IT infrastructure and learn about cybersecurity - all to help you better understand and support the technology we use every day. It’s a great chance to sharpen your tech skills and become an asset in managing and developing our systems.

Continuous Improvement. Interested in making things run smoother? This pathway is designed not just to improve individual skills but to help embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the entire organization. Using the Lean Six Sigma methodology, you’ll learn how to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve performance, with options to pursue Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt.

Change Management. If you’re leading change or supporting teams through transformation, this pathway is designed to set you up for success. You’ll dive into change strategies, learn how to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and manage resistance in a constructive way. By the end, you’ll feel confident in implementing changes and helping your colleagues navigate through transitions.

Project Management. Whether you’re new to project management or have been doing it for years, this pathway will help you sharpen your skills. We offer both traditional and Agile methodologies, so you’ll have the flexibility to manage projects of any scale and environment. You’ll also learn about stakeholder management, risk assessment, and governance - everything you need to lead and confidently execute projects.

Soft skills are key to thriving in today’s evolving workplace, and this pathway provides you with a flexible, self-guided experience to develop these skills at your own pace. We focus on learning in the flow of work, with bite-sized, digital learning modules that you can engage with whenever it’s convenient. You’ll build on critical skills like Customer Experience, Resilience, Managing Ambiguity and more.

Application for any of the Transformation Academy pathways should stem from a thorough IDP discussion with your Line Manager. Once you identify the right development pathway, you can submit your request by contacting your Training Manager or your HR Manager.
